Look after your customers if you’ve disappointed them

I bought a steak-and-mushroom sub for lunch yesterday (mmmmm). When I got back to the office I discovered they got my order wrong. So I called them up and asked if I could come back the next day and get a new sub. I even offered to bring in my uneatened sub. The lady said yes but then offered to have a new sub delivered right then. I took her up on that and I had a new sub within 20 – 30 minutes. Now that is great customer service.

Kudos to Ed’s Subs at the corner of Mountain and University in Moncton, NB.
