New Chief Canadian Broadcast Regulator

Federal Court Judge Konrad von Finckenstein, former commissioner of the Competition Bureau, has been named the head of Canada’s broadcast regulator.

Finkenstein is the judge who ruled that it is not illegal (in Canada) to have music files on your computer that might be accessed remotely by someone else.
