PayPal Holding PS3 Payments

I hear that PayPal is holding payments for Playstation 3 (presumably sold via eBay) until delivery is confirmed.  I guess they’re having lots of problems with fraud and people pre-selling machines that they expect to get and then don’t.

You can’t blame PayPal for doing this.  It certainly protects the buyer (which in turn reduces the amount of credit card chargebacks).
